If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that.
Please get in touch and explain the problem and we will work with you to fix things. All we want is for you to be happy with your products. This business is based in honesty so if its our responsibility we'll step up, if not we'll find a way together.

FULL CUSTOM ORDERS
Most of our orders have complex artwork or multiple design changes. that's the core of our offer.
Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for full custom decal orders.
For full custom orders, most of the cost is in the time it takes to design and setup the decals.
We don't have a time machine so we can't get that time back.
Our proof and refinement process is exhaustive and you can make any changes before your decals are produced.
GUARANTEE
We test all our decals and materials to ensure they are fit for purpose.
All surfaces should be free from any grease, lubricant or dirt before the decals are applied.
If you do have any problems with decals not sticking or falling off it is usually due to insufficient preparation of the substrate.
If this does happen please contact us and let us know the details and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We will usually replace the decals at manufacture cost or free of charge at our discretion.
As for the mudguards they are meant to break! they should be seen as a wear & tear product.
In our regular mudguards we choose to use a laser cut PETG clear plastic backing for the laminated printed high grade vinyl we use for the decoration. This material is tough as hell, but still able to keep it light and bendable.
We stress test samples regularly, but it isn't unbreakable.
You can use it once and it can get hit right away and break. We can't offer any warranty on that.
Nevertheless if the product is broke on arrival and noticeable faulty please get in touch and we send you a new one at our expense.
The Syncros mudguard is a commercial product, that we buy and supply decorated. So if they are faulty Syncros T&C policy will apply. For the decoration T&C will be the same for our decals.
