It is with sadness and great financial burden that we announce the suspension of shipments to the US. The tariffs imposed by the current US government and the cancellation of postal reception have significantly affected our ability to ship to our American customers. We are deeply saddened by this situation and hope a solution can be found.

Below is the text from the Portuguese postal service CTT, the usual method for sending our work.

Suspension of Shipments to the US
Following the suspension of the De Minimis regime by the US, CTT temporarily canceled postal service for shipments containing goods in all Mail, Parcel Post, and International Express products, effective August 26th.

This measure established an exception for shipments containing exclusively documents and offers between individuals worth less than USD 100, duly declared as Offers/Gifts.

However, given the temporary embargo on the transportation of any type of merchandise, including Offers/Gifts, to the US, determined by the airlines with which CTT operates, it is operationally unfeasible to provide postal service for the previously exempted items, allowing only the shipment of documents.

Consequently, all shipments of goods (including Offers/Gifts) in all Mail, Parcel Post, and International Express products are suspended, effective immediately, August 29th.

All Goods/Offers accepted to date and in transit will be returned to the senders, with instructions on how to proceed to receive a refund.

CTT regrets having to adopt this exceptional measure, imposed by circumstances entirely beyond its control.

CTT will continue to monitor developments in this situation and reiterates its commitment to making every effort to resume service to the US, through all products it offers, as soon as the conditions for such service are met.
